Greetings!

Greetings! My name is Dr. Karen Lee, and I am the Vice President of Research at the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

On a typical day you will find me in Toronto overseeing research operations and developing new initiatives to stimulate research in MS. On other days I may be out in your community giving a talk on research and answering questions on what’s next in research.

Once a scientist myself at the University of Ottawa, I’ve had the opportunity to be involved with research and see what takes place behind the scenes both in the lab and the clinic. I find research fascinating, and in MS there are so many areas that are continuously being explored.

Why should you follow me?

Well, my goal is to provide you with an insider’s view on research. Ranging from groundbreaking to existing studies, lab tours and introducing you to researchers in the field.

I hope you’ll join me.

P.S. October 2 – 5 I will be attending the European Committee for Treatment and Research in MS (ECTRIMS) conference. Check back around then for an update.

You can also follow me at @Dr_KarenLee.
